Returns and Exchanges
Non-Custom items may be returned within 30 days after you receive them. The returned item must come with your receipt and your order number. Please make a copy of the receipt prior to returning the item.
You must notify us by phone that you are returning an item. The item must be in its original packaging and in new and unused condition. We strongly suggest that you buy insurance when returning an item. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges. If an item is damaged upon receipt please contact the shipping provider directly and follow their instructions for dealing with this type of problem.
When an item is returned for a refund it will be given minus the shipping costs.
Sale items must be returned within 15 days of shipping date.
Your credit card account will be refunded in 7-14 business days upon receipt of your return.
In most situations we do not exchange items unless they are damaged or defective. If an exchange is given it will be with like items and for the same amount.
Custom orders may not be exchanged or refunded.
Because our products are handmade to order your credit card will be upon receipt of the order.

Refunds are only given in the event of defects and or quality issues. Any item with quality issues or defects must be returned in seven days (7 Days)
Personlized and custom cards may not be returned. Prior to printing the cards we provide you with "proofs" of both the inside and the outside of the card. Please inspect the proofs carefully.

Items shipped to the incorrect address will be charged $15.00 to be re-routed to the correct address.
Damage may occur that is the fault of the carrier please report it to the carrier and fill out any forms they request. Report it to us immediately!
●We will do our best to assist in rectifying the situation if our product is damaged by refunding or replacing the item(s) if necessary. (minus shipping charges)

Christmas delivery is not guaranteed. For Christmas delivery orders must be received by no later than December 15. For expedited delivery there will be additional shipping charges.
