Our Dog Photo Contest Rules  

 

        Entrant must be a resident of the United States  (We do not ship internationally)

 

        Entrant must be at least 18 years of age.

 

       This is a once a month contest, beginning the 1st of the month and ends on the 25th day of the month.

 

        Enter the contest only once each month. 

 

        Send us a photo no more than 400 pixels as an email attachment to: gone2thedogs2@aol.com.

 

       The photo should be only of one dog and should come with your name and the name and age  of the dog.

 

       Please only  send photos of a dog you own.

 

        The dog should be the only subject in the photo.

 

        Photos should be of good quality.                                                  

 

 

        Photos can not be returned and become the property of Rub My Belly Too.

 

       The winner will be notified by email. The winner must respond within 7 days in order to receive the prize.

 

        If the winner does not reply the prize will be rolled over into the next month no alternate will be chosen.

 

       The winners first name and last name initial will be listed on our contest  winners page along with your dogs name and age.  (photo may also be included in some instances)

 

       Signing up for my newsletter would be nice but not required.

 

 

 

The contest is void where prohibited by law.  By participating in this contest entrants agree to the rules. All decisions by Rub My Belly Too are final.  Winners shall grant, transfer and assigns all property rights to  Rub My Belly Too to use winners name, dogs photo and prize information for advertising, publicity and promotional purposes or entry into our photo database without  right of review , notification,  without compensation or permission. 

 

Entrants and  winners release Rub My Belly Too from any liability of claims for any loses, damages of any kind injuries or costs in any way resulting from participating in the contest and the acceptance or use of the prize.  Rub My Belly Too is not responsible for late, lost or misdirected entries, or mail, technical, hardware, software malfunction, failed electrical communications caused by the sender or any equipment or program associated with it and/or Rub My Belly Too. Nor shall we be liable for any human error that may occur in  posting the entries.

 

 Prizes may not be transferred or redeemed for cash.

 

No purchase is necessary in order to win this prize. 

 

 Taxes on prizes are the responsibility of the winner.
