Lolly the dog leash holder is an interesting character. Decorated with a lovely green bow in her hair shes got one blue eye and one green eye . We're not sure why she has her tongue is sticking out, maybe she was trying to catch a snowflake. It's interesting that she has a lipstick kiss on her tongue. Maybe it's a tatoo. That may be a bit silly. Can you tatoo your tongue?? Lolly the dog leash holder also has a beautiful purple flower on her left cheek and lovely blue flowers with green stems on her right cheek. She would be a nice gift for any dog lover.
