All strollers don’t have to be that expensive. Pet Gear has a line of strollers that are lightweight and stylish. Their ultralight stroller is priced at $120 and contains a front entry carriage, rear brakes, storage basket and mesh covering. For smaller dogs, Pet Gear has a stroller that converts to a car seat, pet carrier, or a stroller. The price is only $90.

Jeep® and First Class offer dog strollers for the jogger. These strollers come enclosed or open and have storage space for dog treats, water bottles, and whatever else the jogger/owner and his dog will need. Larger wheels provide a smoother ride for dog and less jarring for the jogger. First Class has a safety strap inside the carrier compartment to strap the dog in when the cover is open. This prevents the dog from hopping out at stop lights and running into oncoming traffic.
