    We except Discover, Mastercard, Visa, American Express,  Paypal and Personal Checks.

    What if I want to pay with a personal check?

    We accept personal checks. We do not mail the item ordered until the check has cleared and the money is in our business account. This may take from 7 - 14 days. Please take that into account before sending a personal check. Leave plenty of time for the item to be delivered after the funds are submitted.

    Can I return an item if I am just unhappy with it?

        Give us a call upon receipt of the item. Tell us what the problem is and what you don't like. We will do everything we can to make you a happy customer. That may require us to  replace the item, order something else , exchange or even cancel the order. Each situation is taken case by case.

    These card products are custom designed and can not be returned unless there are quality or physical defects. Prior to shipping the cards the customer is given the opportunity  to review  the proofs and check each card for any misspellings , wrong names  any other errors or defects prior to printing. It is up to the customer to confirm their accuracy and correctness prior to printing. Custom items can not be returned.

    The ceramic Items can be returned for defects or if the customer is unhappy with the quality of the item. The exception to this is any item that is custom designed.  Immediately after you place your order work on your order is started. Once your pets name is added to a product the product can not be returned.

     

     

    Board Games

     

    All board games can be returned. They must be unused and in new condition. They must be returned within 7 days in their original packing materials. Please call us for approval prior to returning them 610-933-5810 (Local) 1-888-558-3837 (Toll Free). We will give you authorization to return the item.  The customer is responsible for shipping costs and your money will be refunded minus the shipping charges.  No damaged  or items missing parts will be accepted for return.

     

    Motivational Cards

     The motivational cards are sale items and may not be returned. Choose carefully.

     

    PVC Posters

    These items may be returned for quality problems or damage. In the event of damage due to shipping please check with you carrier.  Please notify us of any damage caused to the item. We will do our best to replace the item if the fault is ours otherwise the carrier must be responsible for damage caused by mishandling the item. If you do return the item it is important to insure it. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges and they cannot be return. Credit will be given minus the shipping costs. We will do our best to make you happy.

    What happens if my gift arrives broken?

    Notify your carrier right away,. Keep the box and all of the packaging they may ask to see it. Please call us to let us know that the package arrived broken. We will work with your carrier. We will replace the item.

    Can I call you with my credit card information ?

     It's okay to call us with your credit card information. 
    We  have a very secure encrypted website and that's what keeps us all safe when shopping online at most retailers. When placing an order  using personal credit information look down into the right hand corner of the page and you will see a gold lock. This lock guarantees that you are entering your information safely.

    How long will it take to receive my order?

    That depends on the item you order. Most of our items are shipped within 1-3 days. The exception to this is our ceramic products. (dog bowls, sculptures, paintings, etc). These items ship within 2-3 weeks as they are handmade items and the process takes time . They are made as ordered. Work on them is started immediately after receiving  your order and any personalization information you want to include.

    Why is my ceramic dog bowl different than the picture?

    No two ceramic items will be identical. Each piece is a one of a kind , organic and handmade .

    Do the posters require any special care?

    No they do not. Ordinary care as you would treat any decorative items in your home. Occasionally they may need to be cleaned to remove dust. This can be done with a damp (very little water) cloth.

    Does the ceramic artist do custom work?

    Yes, definitely yes.  All of the ceramic products are done on a piece by piece basis.    All of our ceramic products are one of a kind items. Your pets name can be added to the dog treat jars and the ceramic dog bowls.

    Can I return new puppy announcement cards?

     Our paper dog products can be returned if there are quality defects. Most people customize these items. Custom items can not be returned.  Prior to printing we will send you proofs and we ask that you check the proofs carefully for any errors. These include our  New Puppy Announcement Cards, Puppy Shower Invitations, Dog Birthday Party Invitations and Dog Thank You Cards.

    Can I return a t-shirt (Tee Shirt)?

    T-shirts and Tee Shirts can be returned for quality and physical defects. Any damage to the t-shirt must be reported immediately to us. Please call and let us know there is a problem. (Local) 610-933-5810 ,
